Our Net Zero Commitment

The Excellence Classroom has made the SME Climate Commitment. I am committed to halving my emissions by 2030 and reaching Net Zero by 2050 at the latest.

I run a small, mostly digital consultancy. My main impacts are travel, energy use, IT equipment and printing. I am reducing these by:

• delivering online where it works just as well for the client
• using public transport or combining trips where I can
• sending resources digitally, and printing only when asked, double-sided
• recycling paper and packaging, and disposing of old IT equipment responsibly
• choosing suppliers with clear environmental commitments where I can

I will measure my Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions each year using a calculator that follows the GHG Protocol, and review my progress every year.
