Already have an inclusion base?
Existing provision can drift. Pupils stay too long. Curriculum becomes unclear. Reintegration becomes difficult. Staff roles blur. Leaders can struggle to demonstrate whether the provision is improving attendance, engagement, learning or longer-term outcomes.
An independent review identifies what should stay, what needs strengthening and what needs to change.
