Digital products may be made available for immediate access or download after purchase. Where you choose immediate access and acknowledge at checkout that cancellation rights may be lost once download/access begins, you may lose the right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied.
4.2 When refunds may be considered
Refunds are not normally offered after download or access unless required by law. We will consider refund requests where:
- A duplicate purchase has been made in error
- The wrong product was supplied
- There is a significant technical access issue that cannot reasonably be resolved
- The product is materially not as described
